Tip of the Week - March 1, 2010
Spring care of Ornamental Grasses. . .

If you haven't done so already, it's a good time to cut-back dead foliage on Ornamental Grasses.
Grasses such as Calamagrotis (Feather Reed Grass), Miscanthus (Maiden Grass), Imperata (Japanese Blood Grass),
Pennisetum (Fountain Grass) and Phalaris (Ribbon Grass) should be cut back.
Also, if your Ribbon Grass has taken up too much space in the garden, now's the time to dig some out.
